extremely poor customer service - Wireless & Hardware


I called at&t wireless customer service representative to get resolve on charges for services that weren't requested. The call lasted over an hour with most of the time waiting, on hold. Donna, the customer service representative, located in Indiana didn't want to assist me properly from the beginning. She quickly explained how I could not get resolve of my issue and then attempted to end the conversation. I believe I was polite and respectful to her but didn't receive the same courtesy in return. As a matter of fact, her demeaner could be described as nothing less than rude and uncivilized. Donna finally decided she COULD help me when I asked to speak to her supervisor. Without complete resolve to my wireless issue, she obviously asked a colleague to act on behalf of her supervisor. He, Cameron, failed miserably. He was not convincing in role of supervisor. Cameron then pretended to get me the "real" supervisor, Amanda, who didn't do a knock up job either. If either one of those were truely in a supervisory role then I am the queen of England. I still am stuck with a service I never requested nor wanted and maybe the charge will be credited back after the case is decided. I think it is time to listen to all my smart friends and CHANGE phone companies. Not only was the resolution unclear, the customer service was a joke. Donna was not going to get her supervisor, an issue that gets in the way of customer service. How many subordinates get to choose whether or not a customer gets to file complaint? I think this an issue that at&t needs to improve. I am going to take my business elsewhere.
